"The room was amazing, clean spacious and had almost everything you needed. Fully equipped kitchen, living area and bedroom with an INSANE view of downtown. The whole check in and check out process was done on your phone making the process very convenient. Only complaints are that we didn’t have wash cloths in the room and the hot water in the shower ran out pretty quickly. Overall I would recommend and will come back again! "

"The staff and amenities are out of this world! I was here for a single night and the staff were amazing. The room was spotless! I had an issue with the window not closing and they had it fixed by the time I came back from dinner. After I checked out they still held the same courtesy and care they gave me while I was staying with them. I am someone in the service industry and the service was phenomenal. Worth every cent! "

"This was my first time in Philly and the first time at Element Philadelphia Downtown - and I loved it! Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, even referring me to the W next door for concierge assistance, where they recommended an excellent restaurant within walking distance. The room was spotless and well-thought out on top of being extremely comfortable. It was an excellent experience overall and I have been telling family members we will return together for a longer stay. While all other areas exceeded expectations, one area that could be improved is to offer breakfast food suitable for keto diets, like high-fat plain yogurt, nuts, and fresh blueberries. "
