"The Rittenhouse was fabulous! Everyone on the staff went out of their way to be friendly and provide top notch service from the moment we pulled up the driveway. We had a room with 2 Queen-size beds that seemed larger than pictured on the websites. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant Lacroix was great and again, the staff was so friendly. The room was clean and decorated more modern/fresher than the photos showed. The photos made the rooms look so yellow but it was more neutral, like a light beige in person. We thought the wallpaper was pretty cool too. The Indoor pool was fun for me and my kids and room service at dinner time arrived pretty quickly. Concierge Chris was awesome and even drove us into Philly in the Hotel Jaguar when we wanted to go sightseeing! We will definitely stay with them again because we were so comfortable staying at the hotel and we didn’t get to see/experience all that Philadelphia had to offer! "

"Celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at the Ritz for 2 nights and it was amazing. Perfect. The check in process was quick and Bettina was so friendly. The lobby is gorgeous with a restaurant (open til 11pm)and bar open til 1am. Our deluxe king room was so nice with a city view. The location is perfect and we could walk to so many restaurants. This hotel is located right next to city hall, across the street from capital grill and McCormick and Shmicks. We were about a block from Del Friscos and maybe 2 blocks to El Vez. These restaurants are all popular dinner spots in Philly. Stay here! The property is so clean and the staff is so friendly. Nick the bartender was amazing and the doormen are so great as well. Hope to be back soon!"
