「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

「I ordered for a king bed with sofa bed, but when the waiter was asked to come in the evening to turn on the night bed service, I was told that our sofa was just a regular sofa instead of a sofa bed. The hotel refused to address the situation. Also, when we requested extra pillows and sheets, the waiter touched (actually rubbed) my pillows with his face and body (clothes) which made me feel sick.」

「We had a view of rhe Benjamin Frankin Bridge and the Delaware River from our room which was really fun! It is close to Old City Philadelphia and lots of dining options and shops. Also close to the water front. The room was pretty basic, a bit on the smaller size. The decor and carpet were a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff were all very nice. A great stay for the price!」
