They gave us a dirty room. Trashed not emptied, beds not made with stains on the sheet. Dirty bathroom with used towels everywhere. If it wasn't so late and I was so tired I would have asked for my money back. Room smelled like weed. Then they gave me a room with one bed when my original booked roomed had two. Highly disappointed I expected to be compensated for this awful and unprofessional experience.
