「優異服務」

「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「always good」

「We stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel in July for baseball's Fan Fest the room was perfect, we had the view of the entire street and the cookies were phenomenal. The staff was accommodating very welcoming and the ambience was just perfect. Planning another trip to stay at this hotel soon.」

「Good location.」

「The hotel located in the city centre and close to many shops and restaurant. The room is spacious but quite aged, it provided all you need. My room included breakfast, it's ok, could have more juice and hot food options. The hotel is not a resort but it charged me for resort fee. Be reminded to use the credits from the room purchase.」

「Complimentary drinking water and coffee are a great addition.」

「Good location is the key, the hotel restaurant is also great, as well as the indoor swimming pool」

「The hotel's service is excellent!」
