「門壞了、椅子壞了、沒提供飲水、製冰機要跑不同樓層找、沒有拖鞋、沒有盥洗用具、沒有杯子 ….，可以說飯店應該提供的東西都沒有，就是價格昂貴。」

「Very cool historic property. Suites are gigantic. Everything is clean and the staff is attentive. In the heart of Philly.」

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「远离桥的那一侧很安静，前台很热心，看到了烟花表演！」

「We booked a room at Penn’s View about 10 minutes before arriving, after another accommodation fell through, and we’re so glad we ended up here. They then offered us a room with a sofa that could be unfolded into a bed. Since it was...

「Great location」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「The soundproofing in the guest room is very good, and the stay is very comfortable.」
