「Power was out for almost 3 hours. They did not comp me in anyway. I checked in at 10PM and within fifteen minutes the power goes out and stayed out until after 1AM. This was a problem for charging my phone after a long trip and frankly for the hotel to do nothing to address the inconvenience was not right.」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is located in a great location near restaurants, shops and had a nice view of the river and the Ben Franklin Bridge. There are many historical sites nearby and the bus line was just next-door when we didn’t want to walk. We loved our room and the furnishing. We will definitely stay again if we go back to Philly.」

「Four night stay. Staff was welcoming and pretty attentive except for the following are in room issues discovered and reported. 1).the phone did not work. Could not call front desk for issues. 2).couch cushion torned exposing inner foam. 3). Bed pillows flat and unsupportive 4). Not outlets near bed/night stand. Only found outlet for fridge and microwave and one under window across the room. Made for difficulty of powering phones. 5). No clock in room 6). Shower head to the left as you entered...
