The check in was easy however their is a $250 security deposit. The room was clean and new. The hotel open this year. The hotel is not inside Parx Casino you have take a shuttle to and from the casino. The breakfast is delicious but you have to get your breakfast vouchers at the front desk. Overall, great hotel experience.

One, the pool is under construction...the one thing we wanted.. Breakfast was lovely..only missing my French toast..but the pastries made up for it...the Blueberry pancakes was amazing... didn't need any syrup, big chunks of blueberries.. very good..thank you..be back soon..

The staff were very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were small. Otherwise, the area is great, with lots of places to eat within distance of the hotel. The shuttle bus to the casino is a great bonus.

The room was very clean and comfortable I just feel like it was a bit underwhelming. The hotel itself looks like an old Hampton inn that was renovated. Nice touch’s in the room but the shower was very small and the air conditioning seems not to cool under 67. I am a hot sleeper so this was a bit difficult. Also the shuttle to the casino doesn’t run 24 hrs and that is a bummer it would be very inconvenient to have to walk back especially at night.

The Parx is located adjacent to the Parx Casino. The building looks like an office building but that is deceptive. It is a clean, modern hotel. The room was clean, spacious and outfitted with upscale furniture. There is a complimentary casino shuttle for those interested. Good restaurants nearby.

Hotel looks brand new and very different now that it’s a new hotel and has totally been renovated, the room was very nice, loved having the coffee machine with Expreso at the lobby. Had a peaceful night sleep with no noise. Would come back again.

The staff was tremendous!!!! We originally booked a different hotel but had to leave as a result of an emergency. We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. A big thank you to Matt who helped us shuffle from one hotel to another. We will definitely be back

Room was very clean and I like the ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful, We used the shuttle and all drivers were courteous, The pool was not open under construction but I’m sure will be an added benefit to property. The casino was very nice & clean. My husband did the breakfast. I wouldn’t have paid for it myself but it was decent food. I would certainly return if staying in the area again for price and location.

Hotel is very up to date, The bathroom light even comes on when you enter the room which is helpful for those who have to make trips in the night. The staff is very professional just like those at the casino. The hotel is well maintained. The breakfast buffet has everything you can think of and the assortment will satisfy any need. The hotel was well worth waiting for. I stayed at it prior to Parx purchssing it and it exceedes my expectations. The shuttle to the casino is an added convience and the drivers are courteous. I loved the additions of additional windows becuse it offers additional lighting and a view of the outside. The decor all over the hotel is high class and I loved the pattern of the rugs. I was celebrating my birthday and I will be back.

Hotel was amazing and the staff were super helpful! Had a concern with a neighboring room's music and staff immediately addressed it. The hotel is located in a great area for access and the shuttle to the casino was a plus (even though that isn't what we came for!).
