Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing
10/10 Excellent
"The only issue was the toilet in our room often needed 2 flushes every single time no matter what."
"Everything was great with the exception of one waitress who refused to take a room service order tours the end of his shift and when I went in person to get food was rude and disrespectful. He finished contaminating the food I took… :(. My kids were hungry… how hard is that to understand for a waitress???
Everyone else was incredible friendly and truly looking to help and serve… I was there during the club World Cup "
"Great hotel, easy parking garage right next to the hotel, beautiful building and close to everything in center city and great restaurants. Breakfast buffet was very good, the hotel is Walkable to big attractions, I went for my birthday and they put me in room 722 (my birthday is July 22) which was very cute, and room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Pool was great too. I would definitely recommend it! "
"We had the most wonderful honeymoon stay at the Kimpton Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. One of the sweetest surprises was the delicious chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us in the room—it was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. Everything from the ambiance to the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!"
"Proximity to the Marriott Grand Ballroom and the Philadelphia Convention Center. The bar and lounge are popular amenities. A coffee shop is located in the hotel (open in the mornings)."
