However, we tried to eat on the 19th floor the first night and service was very poor and the second day my room was never cleaned. Friendly staff, but a mixed bag on results. "

"There is no hot tub or pool- kinda bummer. The free breakfast was much-needed and appreciated both times (sausage links were better than whatever those patties were, eeyuck). All day free coffee in the lobby was great and we liked the location. Definitely would have preferred on site parking, but that's city life. Staff were pretty friendly too. "
