「We had an amazing time at Zota Beach Resort. Food at the restaurants is 10/10. It is not necessary to leave the resort to find places to it. Amenities were in great conditions. Heated pool. Beautiful beach」

「Room clean but toilet ran constantly. One tv didn’t work. Fan in bathroom dripped water when sitting on toilet. Didn’t know there was an app for the property until we were leaving. Everything is cashless. Tip automatically comes up for 25% at some places Staff hardworking and hustled for any assistance we needed. Resort pricey for amenities avail in my opinion.」

「Beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Loved our room with partial ocean views. We loved the beach and loved that we had chairs with umbrella at no extra charge. Drink and food service on the beach was excellent. We will definitely be making this a regular Florida vacation spot.」

「The person at the front desk was very unhelpful. I had to get a manager involved who had the issue resolved in 309 minutes. This was NOT a manager needed situation shew was lazy and unhelpful. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay. I suggest you replace her she should NOT be the face of your business. There is no place for laziness or lack o0f effort. I booked a Premium room I expect and deserve more for $300 plus a night.」
