「We asked 2 questions thru expedia and hotel never responded to us. The front desk is not in.the same building. We didnt get the link to register. We ended up going to the front desk which is 1 mile from this property. The front desk lady told us that the messages from Expedia are not sent to them and they dont have any guests information to be able to.contact the guests. Also I called them several times and they didnt answered the phone.」

「We had 5 people and the room was big enough for all of us. The layout was great and was exactly like the pictures. The room was very clean, and the surrounding area was also clean and inviting. The drive was super quick from the Tampa Airport, approximately 30 minutes. The staff was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. At check-in the staff was pleasant and helpful and was able to provide us with pool and beach access as we arrived very early way before check-in time. Check out was very...
