「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Disappointing service for a luxury resort. We were not pleased with our recent stay. After a brief afternoon thunderstorm passed, the staff completely failed to reopen the pool restaurant or bar. I had to personally track down towels from the lobby, and numerous other guests were left completely confused as to why the beach and pool areas were completely abandoned with more than 5 hours of sunlight left.
