「Llegamos a la habitación y en la mesada de la cocina había una cucaracha. Llegamos en una noche de lluvia, y la hab posee una única ventana que da a un Techo de chapa, y goteo “en stereo” toda la noche y toda la mañana. La habitación está en buenas condiciones, aunque no brindan sábanas para cubrirse durante la noche. El personal de Recepción de la mañana no fue muy amigable. El desayuno 5/10. 」

Banheiro limpo, sem shampoo e sabonete, foi solicitado na recepção, após mais de 40 min de espera, pedi para a menina que fazia limpeza em outro quarto. 「The hotel is located in an upscale Neighbourhood that is close to a more private beach with fewer people. It is about a half hour or more depending on traffic from Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. There are restaurants along the main street. There was a Terrace on the 18th floor, which has an excellent view of the city and the multilingual front desk staff is excellent to work with for recommendations and directions. 「I tried to change dates because I booked wrong dates. The staff didn't help I had to go another hotel, I tried to contact the property to change or cancel no help at all. I couldn't be more disappointed.」
