I always stay here, the staff, location, service are all excellent. However, the rooms are starting to show wear and tear, some maintenance is more the overdue.

Cozy cloudy weekend.

I stayed the weekend to be close to the beach and explore this end of Barra. Unfortunately it was kinda cloudy and rainy, but the room was comfortable. Also, I could swear that the hotel had a pool, because I always check the pool filter when searching and this hotel was listed, but it in fact doesn’t have a pool. Also, note that the outlets in the room are 220v. There was no advisory prior to checkin. Luckily my devices were dual voltage.

Recentemente me hospedei neste hotel e a experiência foi bastante positiva de forma geral. Desde a chegada, a recepção foi cordial e eficiente, com funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as solicitações. O check-in ocorreu de maneira rápida e organizada, o que já proporcionou uma boa primeira impressão. As instalações do hotel são bem cuidadas e transmitem sensação de conforto, com áreas comuns limpas, decoração agradável e ambientes que favorecem o descanso. O quarto atendeu plenamente às expectativas, oferecendo espaço adequado, cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas e de boa qualidade, além de um sistema de climatização eficiente. O banheiro, por sua vez, estava higienizado, contava com chuveiro de boa pressão e amenidades suficientes para uma estadia tranquila. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos, com boa variedade de itens, incluindo opções de pães, frutas, sucos e pratos quentes. A reposição era constante e o atendimento da equipe do restaurante também se destacou. Outro aspecto positivo foi a localização do hotel, próxima a pontos de interesse, restaurantes e meios de transporte, o que facilitou bastante os deslocamentos. A estadia foi ótima, funcionários muito atenciosos, a Clarissa da recepção foi maravilhosa! Eu só consegui reservar quarto com camas de solteiro pelo app, mas ela arrumou na hora um quarto ótimo com cama de casal e com vista!! Deixou que entrássemos antes do horário, pois meu marido estava passando mal e ela foi muito solícita. Cama ótima, quarto confortável, limpeza muito boa. O café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de opções de proteínas, mas foi bom no geral.
