DO NOT TRUST PHOTOS - completely misrepresented property. Current state: Property Condition: • Looks like abandoned hospital • Empty, dark common areas • Hot, unmaintained hallways • Appears possibly managed by neighboring hotel Room Issues: • Dirty sheets • Insects present • Damaged door (security concern) • Missing housekeeping service Booking/Check-in Problems: • Reservation not found despite advance booking • Payment verification issues • One key per room policy (additional keys cancel previous) Positive note: Bar staff was friendly. Value for Money: Poor Cleanliness: Poor Service: Poor (except bar) Property Condition: Poor Location: As advertised Would not recommend booking this property through any platform. Do not go there!

We all regret going to that hotel, but we were fooled by their photos in the beginning. First of all, this place is 2 hotels. Ibiza and Be loft lounge are one hotel with 1 owner. And they just will put you in to the one that has empty rooms during your check in. Thats what happened to me. First day, they put me in Ibiza, and 2nd day they wanted to move me to Be loft, but I refused. The front desk staff do not communicate between each other. Their rooms almost have no internet. The signals are very weak and they are on and off. We went to complain 3 days in a row that we need the internet, and they all responded that the technician will come, but never did. So they were just lying that someone will come to fix it. I had to work remotely in my entire stay there, and the only place where I could get some decent internet was by the lobby, where was super hot and humid. So its not a place from where you can work, or even have a good internet for your social media. The hotel has no room service. And the restaurant works only when there is a personnel. But that's not guaranteed either. In addition, the most weird thing is that the hotel doesn't provide you with a soap, body wash, or shampoo. When we went to ask them for that, because we thought that they forgot them. Their response was that the hotel doesn't provide that and that we need to go buy them from outside. That is so weird, as I traveled a lot around the world and I've been to many hotels, but never seen such a crap.

Dessa vez não compensou. Está decaindo.

É a terceira vez que fico no mesmo hotel, mas dessa vez foi ruim demais. Não tinha toalhas no banheiro e precisei pedir, mas as toalhas estavam duras e com cheiro ruim. Também tive que matar uma barata no banheiro. O blindex não fecha completamente, molhando o chão na hora do banho. Não tinha nenhuma mesinha em nenhum dos lados da cama, me fazendo colocar óculos, controles e celular diretamente no chão. Infelizmente dessa vez não tive sorte.

Experiência incrível! Limpeza, conforto, roupas de cama e banho, tudo nota 10. Equipe muito solícita sempre que precisei. O ponto negativo é o som alto na área da piscina, poderia ser mais baixo. E a piscina tbm não estava limpa. Café da manhã tem uma parte só de queijos e frios, muito bom! Ponto negativo foi a qualidade do pó de café, bem abaixo do nível do hotel mas para compensar oferecem diversidades de suco.

A estrutura do Hotel é maravilhosa,porém achei o café da manhã com produtos de aspecto de véspera e fui abordado no meio da noite de sono pelos funcionários alegando que haviam cobrado errado minha estadia ,sendo que já havia feito o pagamento pelo app, por fim era o cartão de outro hóspede.

Já me hospedei no Be Loft Lounge outras vezes e era extremamente agradável. Infelizmente ele foi comprado pelo Ibiza que fica ao lado, e parece um hotel fantasma: a decoração foi migrada para a recepção do Ibiza, acabaram com o lounge, o cafe da manhã que tinha uma vista belissima pra piscina e pra lagoa também migrou para o salão apertadissimo do Ibiza. Se for uma opção apenas para dormir, continua sendo maravilhoso.
