However, the property clearly needs renovation, and it does not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel, despite being marketed as such. Windsor Marapendi is my hotel of choice every time I go to Rio for business or leisure. The staff is excellent. The facilities are great and the location is very convenient. Just a few steps from the beach. The beach is clean and safe and the overall experience is always very pleasant when I’m here.

Always enjoy staying at this hotel; staff is polite, food is outstanding, view from room is awesome. The only thing wrong this time was I was awakened Sunday night by a staff member ringing my doorbell to bring me two toothbrushes which I did not order. Not sure what happened there.

This was our 3rd time at this hotel and we loved it! Positives: (1) Staff is super friendly and very well trained, (2) Food is great. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all amazing. (3) Room is comfortable and shower is great. (4) Beach just across the street is nice.
