"We stayed at the PlaceMakr for CMAFest and it was perfect. Very walkable, excellent restaurants nearby & super front desk staff. There is a Dollar General (DGX) Grocery store around the corner along with a liquor store across the street. The elevators were slow but the building was obviously full for those days with people coming and going constantly. Quiet noisy with all the activity in the area so take earplugs. But would def stay again. "

"It was a great place to stay. Units were within a condo complex but had some great touches like dedicated lockers for you luggage for early arrival or late departure. Nail place and Chinese restaurants right outside the door were great. "

"The space was cute and had everything that we needed for our time at CMA Fest. It was walkable to Broadway And in a safe area. The downfall were that there is no parking here and not even a drop off area in the parking lot also, there is massive amount of construction going on around this property that is in the very beginning stages so I can imagine it will be happening for a long time. These were inconveniences, but the biggest problem is the retrofit air conditioners in the space do not...

"Studio 154 was located on 2nd Ave right off Broadway. Very modern and has a great rooftop escape with a great view. I would highly recommend it and we will be going back "

"Be sure to confirm late checkout as they won’t allow you on the property at all without it after 11:00AM. There is a 50 dollar fee for late checkout so keep that in mind….."

"Great location if you are looking at downtown. Noisy until bar closure but nothing that will prevent you to sleep. Beautifully decorated. Has 1.5 bathroom, wich is super convenient. Cleanliness was not to my standard."
