This place is “okay” in most aspects. The carpets are stained and it $78 if you want a mid-stay clean with new towels. We stayed a week. Also, every map I looked at said it a 1mile to Broadway and that’s not true … it’s like 1.7 or longer. The elevator down button was broken on floor 3, which was okay, until we checked out and I had to carry my 50lb bag down… I’m 110 for reference. Kitchen was nice, clean inside, beds comfy, and easy in/out. Sirens all day and night since it’s next to the hospitals … that was new to us. Plus was it was less expensive then other places, but looking back, I think I’d spend more for a whole week that we were there. A couple days would’ve been okay, but not 7.

Everything was amazing, until the guest next doors 2 dogs started whining and howling. This went out for 6 hours from starting at 8 pm. With no staff onsite nothing was done.I used the chat feature multiple times and no real support was given. The room the dogs were in backed up to our bedroom and there was no "toning it out" with a noise machine. While I love the concept of these properties , I won't stay at this property again unless Sonder figures out how to offer real support 24/7.

Rooms were clean and had all the necessities. However, the flush in one of the toilets was not working properly and I reported the issue on the app but no one fixed it.

The carpet in the hallways needs cleaned if not replaced. The carpet in the bedroom is dirty and needs replaced like the living room and kitchen. We only had 2 washcloths for 2 people for 2 days. The parking situation is not good and should be disclosed prior to booking. The kitchen was good and the laundry a plus

The upkeep of the property is quite nice, but the room that I stayed in seemed a bit under a little duress. Maybe it could’ve used a little bit of paint on some of the door panels. Additionally, the curtains needed to be replaced, which I observed upon check-in. Enjoyed the area, but I did make sure I was in by a certain time.

The room was great. There is a bar across the street so we heard loud music most of the night. They room also is very well lit at up at night as the curtains don’t cover the blinds very well and the blinds aren’t flush against the wall. So you do have street lights coming into the bedrooms at night. Otherwise, this is a Great property for what we needed. Very close to Vanderbilt Hospital for my surgery the next day and somewhere close by where my family could relax while I was in the hospital.

The property was set up nicely. It is not walking distance to Broadway downtown as advertised. Uber’s cost around $21 to get back-and-forth. The only issue I had was the lack of communication with parking. I reached out three times to pay and each time I was told I was already in the system, but I kept receiving notes from the property security that I was not on their list. The other issue was trying to speak to someone since no one is on property and everyone had a very deep accent and difficult to understand. I would suggest using the chat, but it takes a long time to get response.

Loved our stay. Clean, the unit had everything we needed. Close to broadway. Bedroom carpet is not great, does not look clean, lbedroom lighting is very dim.

I don’t know what it is about this place. But there is an ick factor I can’t control for. Maybe it’s because there is zero human connection, which makes it feel sterile and transactional. The walls are paper thin, and it’s soooo loud! Partying and emergency services vehicles. It’s not very relaxing. And the pool! If it’s gonna be closed after Labor Day then one should not show it as an available feature. Overall, there is a quaint comfort to the room, I just wish I could enjoy the balcony and other communal areas without it being so noisy.
