I really liked the location of this property. The only problem I had was the lack of cleanliness. My kitchen was disgusting thankfully I had no need to cook. There was also trash in the bedroom. Phone charger and glasses case were left. We traveled with friends and their room was perfectly clean. So I don’t think it’s a normal occurrence.

Very clean and easy to get to other places. The bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable to the point where I couldn’t walk around much for two days because my back was in so much pain after the first night. It was a complete rock so I ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa which was slightly less uncomfortable.

Overall a good place to stay room was clean with the exception of a towel or two but smelled very clean and looked the part. The room wasn’t what was shown in the pictures but it was still a great room. The location is in the middle of so many shops and restaurants which was great. The main issue was the noise you get used to it after a while but there were workers near the balcony as early as 2am one day. Also there’s a club across the street that was pretty loud as well. I know these are things out of the property’s control but just making sure it’s known how noisy it can be.

The property was a great location for us. It is located between Belmont University and Vanderbilt. It's two miles from Broadway which we walked to and felt safe doing so. The street it's on has food and boutiques which was convenient. The building was secure with needing codes to get into the stairwell, elevator and apartment. The downside is that it was loud. Our apartment faced the parking garage and we would be woken up in the middle of the night by the dumpsters getting emptied. There didn't seem to be much sound proofing as we could hear others in the apartments around us.

Not enough towels but we managed with a washer and dryer in the unit. Some wear and tear over the past 4 years esp around the shower tiled area. It was not clear who to contact and where to go for clean linens. The unit location is great and walkable to shops and restaurants. Apt stay adds to convenience for sure vs hotels.

Good location. Newer apartment. Parking in the building. However, it took a while for them to deliver clean hand towels and a bed sheet. Drain in the bathroom sink was very slow. It’s hard when you don’t have an on-site concierge. Rates were good though.
