The front desk manager Jorge was very helpful setting up a luxury trip to the small island of Sabai off the Islas de Baru. The restaurant staff learned about my mom’s birthday and Gina led the way in organizing a celebration with balloons and cake! 「Great place to stay in Cartagena just a few steps away from the walled city center. Good view of the city center tower area from hotel room balcony. Felt very safe. Attentive staff. Hotel is on the 5th floor. Guard on the 1st floor let's you in and you take the elevator up to the 5th floor. Room was clean and good breakfast. 」
