Every member of staff that we encountered was kind and helpful! The pool was great and we loved all of the meals that we had at Alma (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner). 「Let me start with we could not find this hotel. Our Uber driver couldn’t find it. We had to walk around and Google Maps could not find it. Eventually had to call and get directions. Once we found it, check in went smooth. Location is great right in the center of the walled city. The balcony was nice to sit out and listen to the bands down the street. The breakfast was good. There was a language barrier but we were able to use Google Translate and get everything figured out.」

「Loved the hotel boutique it was really cute and we had an amazing view of the city. I was delayed by two days and unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund for those two days. If I stayed at a bigger hotel I would have definitely been able to get a refund for the days missed. They give breakfast but it’s just fruit and bread, nothing cooked. Staff is nice .」
