「Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. 」

「We recently stayed at Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa and had a mix of positive and disappointing experiences. On a positive note, the hotel itself is beautiful and well located, and we truly appreciated the staff addressing our initial room concern by upgrading us to a much larger room with a king bed. The spa experience was also excellent — one of the highlights of our stay. However, our experience after the spa at the rooftop pool fell short of expectations, especially for a hotel at this...

「The staff was freindly, helpful, gracious ... knew our names throughout our stay. We looked forward to breakfast every day! The ONLY down side was that the pool wasn't open. Otherwise we were comfortable and in awe of the beautiful Amarla.」

「Breakfast buffet was very extensive and able to order custom dishes. Sharon who waited on us was very attentive and knowledgable. All the staff were very professional and attentive. The pool area was a nice optional common area. The hotel is very boutique and quiet in the center of all the action in the walled city which was perfect. I highly recommend it. 」

「I would definitely recommend this hotel, the breakfast was good, my room was clean, the pool I loved it, it had a nice view along with the bar was good as well, and the complimentary drink was good. The staff was friendly and the location was great. I was able to walk to the restaurants and the meeting points for my excursions. The clock tower is right around the corner, so it is walkable. Overall I give this stay a 10/10」

「We stayed here for four nights and it was absolutely heaven. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Talia at the front desk and Marina at the restaurant. Our room was so comfortable, the generous credit at the restaurant was great, and we loved being in the middle of things while still having a quiet oasis to come home to every night and relax. Can’t recommend this place enough for a romantic, peaceful stay in a beautiful spot.」
