「The hotel is really nice and clean and new. I loved the overall ambience and the rustic feel of it. However, I have never been to a hotel where I’m paying over $500 a night with no coffee machine, slippers, bath robes or a hair dryer in the room. I also noticed that some guests I met received various vouchers for free drinks and breakfast, while I did not. Also, upon check in, I was not familiarized with the hotel at all, was not told where breakfast js served or what amenities there are etc....

「房間整潔、職員服務態度超水準、隣近subway 交通便利👍」

「the staff was lovely and the house was very cozy!!! loved that there was a kitchen that we could use upstairs. the room and bathroom were very clean and modern. location is perfect, walkable, and very accessible by bus or train! we loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer!」

「Breakfast was not prepared on time likely the new staff may take time to adjust. Hot water was not hot throughout the day. So a kettle for hot water in the room will be useful.」

「nice rooms， large spaces」

「房间非常整洁」

「This property was quiet and clean. The staff was exceptional. They were attentive and friendly. Rachael and Ty in the restaurant were the dream team. We ate there every day because of the great food and the wonderful staff. Abdul at the front desk is also amazing. He is an absolute joy.」
