「Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...

「If I could give this place zero stars I would. Man knocking on my door claiming he was maintenance at 11pm at night. No peephole on door to see to see who it was. I yelled through door we did not ask for maintenance. We did not feel safe. I told 3 different people who worked at property and left the next morning- no refund of nights I didn't stay. Each person I spoke to was indifferent about my concerns. I had 3 unauthorized charges of $100 on my debit card too after staying there . They took a...

「Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. 「The food was terrible. I ordered chicken tenders and fries from the bar. The tenders looked like they had been baked and then burned in a pan instead of dropped in a fryer. They were stuck together and raw in places. The fries were baked as well. The grab and go fruit on the breakfast bar were rotten. Pool was nice, hotel was clean, staff was helpful and nice.」
