「Clean room and friendly staff. No Cooling AC during during our stay. Only Heater. We were told they only have AC cooling during summer season. 」

Teníamos planes de llegar a dejar las maletas e irnos al Vaticano para asistir al Angelus y nos estropeó nuestra visita al Vaticano, planeando esa visita desde nuestro país México. No se vale. 「The rooms are very clean and spacious. The coffee and tea making was definitely a big plus for us. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as we had early tours booked. There are great restaurants in the hotel street. We tried 6 of them and they were all had amazing food.」

「This was a wonderful place to stay in Rome. You are less than 10 minutes away from the Vatican City. There are restaurants, gelato, shops, and a taxi stand all within minutes of your front door. Keeping the apartment cool was easy with the fan they left to help circulate the air conditioning. Would stay here again!」

「The place was close to everything we want to see. The only thing that bothered me was the hot tub and the safe, they need to have directions on how to run the hot tub and how to reset the safe. They did help me with both issues but was only able to resolve the reset of the safe, we could not figure out how to control the hot and cold water on the hot tub so we had to pass on using it. I am not going to give a bad review on those issues because they were so great on everything else.」
