A no nonsense hotel great situated

Super nice, very simple no nonsense hotel. It is what is is, no real hotel lobby, no restaurant - breakfast in a nearby restaurant which was ok. Quiet, although it is situated right next to the Vatican.

Whilst a remote checkin the service was first class and attentive despite our late arrival. Very clean and tidy room with shared coffee/eating space. The shower was a bit awkward as the shower seemed to be fitted on the wrong wall.

We would stay there again. Tommy and the rest of the staff were great. We were apprehensive about staying in a guesthouse and not a full service hotel. After our stay here we're happy that we did not stay in a full service hotel. The place is convenient to the Vatican (two blocks) and most of the other tourist areas that you would like to see in Rome. The room was clean and comfortable and recently renovated. Restaurants, shopping, and public transportation readily available just out the front door.

Awesome

Best hotel we stayed at by far during our visit to Italy. Even though it wasn’t particularly fancy or expensive, they focused on the things that matter. To be clear this is a bed and breakfast and not a hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful (although we never saw him). A/c is super cold which is what mattered most in the summer heat of Rome. Charming hotel with everything you need. Very clean. View of The Vatican from our room! Would stay again

We had an early morning Sistine Chapel tour and this location was perfect. Property was very clean, simple, and served our purposes well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Do note that noon check in does not mean your room will be ready at noon--it means you can receive your keys and leave your luggage until your room is ready. That was not clear to me until we arrived. WiFi was also spotty, so if you need a fast, reliable connection, best bring your own hotspot.

Conventiently located rooms, if you want to be close to the vatican. The staff (present in the morning) is really nice and helpful. If you need anything, you can contact them via WhatsApp as well. For breakfast you get vouchers which you can redeem in a bar in the next house. They are flexible in adjusting the food (for example tomato instead of ham for the sandwich). The room contains a small fridge (sufficient for a few bottles) and there is a common room with a coffee machine, water boiler and a grill/microwave oven.

Great location, friendly host....will use again

We stayed here for 3 nights and were really pleased with our experience. The hotel is conveniently located near to the Vatican City and within a 5 minute walk to the nearest Ottaviano Metro with local bus stops literally on the door step. The nearest Metro was about a 20 minute journey to the main Termini station where we were then able to get a train to and from the airport which took about an hour. The café for breakfast was lovely and located literally a minutes walk away, we were given vouchers to use where there were 3 menu choices available however we were able to swap these for other items available with ease. Tommy was a pleasure to meet and was kind, helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. The hotel room was simple but had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay, with tea and coffee making facilities, a safe and air conditioning. We would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a simple stay in a great location with a friendly host.

朝食のメニューや部屋の設備以前に、建物の玄関の鍵穴に問題があって、渡された鍵では５回に1回しか正常に開けることができなかった。夜中、外ではホームレスの人が吐いて汚れた跡がお昼前には片付けられていた。バチカン市国に隣接する便利な場所ですが、旅行者が多く安全については不安があります。
