「Desiree at reception was professional, pleasant and most helpful in providing a map outlining all of the nearby sites and restaurant recommendations. The restaurant she suggested for dinner was delicious! Only here for one night she contacted our hotel in Florence to assure someone will be available for our late arrival. Very clean and well maintained. The room was exactly what we reserved. Highly recommend staying with them. 」
