From the professionalism of the shuttle driver, who waited over an hour for us due to the chaos at customs, to the kindness and dedication we experienced throughout our stay, this place is amazing. The cleanliness was outstanding, the location was perfect, and the breakfast served to the room was excellent — you truly can’t ask for more. We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful and clean rooms. We left too early each day to enjoy the breakfast options. Would a self-help option be possible? Also we would have been fine with not cleaning service but did not find a door tag to display this, offer this possibility?

The hotel has a perfect location if you’re going to the Vatican. The staff is very kind. We had an issue at the check in. The A/C of the room was not working, they changed us 3 times of room and was uncomfortable. Also, the check out is 10.30am but they blocked our room card at 10.00am

This was a very nice hotel. Location was great. Steps from the vatican and many shops and restaurants around. Could walk everywhere and location was convenient. We had to Jacuzzi tub suite and it was so fun. Especially after a long day of walking to soak in a salt bath tub afterwards, the staff is so friendly and greets you always with a smile, all very helpful. Breakfast is included and they serve to you in your room. They even went above and beyond to being us breakfast at an earlier time to accommodate our early morning tours. Bed and sheets comfortable. Clean room, nice amenities in room. Will definitely come back and highly recommend to others

The location is truly ideal. You have the metro a few blocks away and the Vatican Museum next door. Food, transport, shopping, all nearby. Since the building has an elevator (which is not common in Rome because of the old buildings), it’s comfortable to reach the rooms. The best installation, all modern, clean and perfectly functional. We had the luck of being received by Maira and was the loveliest girl, very attentive and friendly. Honestly, I just want to use this hotel every time I come to Rome.
