Great location and breakfast. Easy walk to key sites but in a quiet area. Close to the market which was a fun experience.

Great apartment ! Great Location ! Great Staff! It will be my place for sure next time in Roma !

Property and rooms were extremely tastefully appointed. The general manager was very, very accommodating. Located in perfect area. Within a few minutes walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. The “road” where hoel is located, is Pio Borgo, just for pedestrians, full with sidewalk cafes and restaurants. Perfect spot to be staying. Only problem was that when we arrived, the elevator was broken. While the staff was happy to carry our luggage up and down the 3 floors where are room was,...

Loved everything; it was beautiful and so comfortable. We will come here again. It was amazing. Thank you, Anita, for everything!

A gorgeous small hotel, family-run, at the top of a hill overlooking the whole city. A short walk from charming Trastaverde. Great place.

Excellent people. Very nice and accommodating. The only issue we had was getting in the front door on the morning we arrived. The hotel is part of an apartment building and we weren’t sure how to get in to a resident opened the door for us. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay at a better location.

Carolina was very helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

My fiancée and I travelled from Boston to Rome, and decided to take a chance on this hotel, as it was in very close proximity to a friend we were visiting. We were incredibly glad that we did! The location is incredible for a tourist – we were able to walk to every site we wanted to visit. The hotel has been completely renovated just weeks before we stayed. The bed is large and very comfortable (if you like memory foam), the ceilings high and beautifully painted. Breakfast was provided...

Welcoming! Room was so comfortable and breakfast and access to refreshments and snacks were wonderful. Location is fantastic.

The location was everything

What a perfect introduction to Rome for our kids, staying right in mine and my husband’s favorite piazza. Our room (apartment, really) was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet for the location. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, and having an in-room espresso maker. One of my children had a cold so we had to take it easy one day, and having a smart TV where we could access our Netflix account helped - although we wouldn't normally care, it was great to entertain a sick kid....

Great place!

I had a great stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and everything made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again! Spot on with the breakfast too!

Ripetta 25 was great for our family! We were able to book the 2 bedroom apartment and our kids loved the bunk beds. The location was perfect and the hotel staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
