This review is not a reflection on management, but an honest reciew for people considering a stay here. While the location is close to the Trevi Fountain, in reality Rome is so walkable that most hotels will be near food and shops. It is extremely busy and noisy. Our room was the first floor and the door comes straight off the stairs. We could hear every door slam and person walking the stairs so loudly. Everything echoes in the building. There was a room above us and that was also loud, we could hear tlevery footstep they took. Be aware the the rooms don't have shampoo or conditioner, so be sure to bring your own. During our stay there was construction happening so we woke to jack hammers at 7:30 am. There is no staff on site. We did have a problem with the internet (someone in another room unplugged the server.) We contacted staff and my husband went and fixed the issue.

Our first trip to Rome and we were very pleased with our stay. Very kind staff and great communication with us. They allowed us to leave our bags while preparing our room which was so helpful coming straight from airport at noon. Clean and spacious room right by Trevi Fountain with great location for restaurants and taxis or hop on hop off bus.

The room was clean, staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The room had everything we needed and was in a great location, super easy to get everywhere in the city. The only drawback is it can be very noisy at nighttime as it is so central and the windows don’t block the noise. Would be worth having earplugs. Would come back!!

Our experience at Piccolo Trevi Suites was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable. The central location allowed us to explore Rome easily on foot. The staff provided outstanding service, offering assistance with transportation and helpful tips about the city. This was very close to Trevi Fountain and a short walk to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, etc. Even though it was close, it was relatively quiet at night. Marcia was an excellent host.

Perfect location and conveniently close to lot of places in downtown. The staff was incredibly nice and supportive since a week before our arrival preparing everything to make sure our arrival and stay was very smooth and comfortable. The location is superb — just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, and many central sights. A convenient bus connects you to the Vatican. The suite was nice and very clean. Housekeeping is excellent and flexible — you can specify the level of service you want each day (hang sign on door, instructions provided), which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is in an older building without an elevator. The stairs can be a bit challenging, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility. The hosts were highly responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. They provided an umbrella when needed and arranged a taxi to the airport, which made departure smooth. Five stars for location, cleanliness, and attentive hosts. Great choice for travelers who want to be in the heart of Rome and appreciate thoughtful service.

Everything was fine for what was as a guest house not a hote, although shampoo and conditioner would be nice.to have available. Very convenient location butva stwady stre a m ofvpeople passed by going to the Trevi Fountain. They use whatsapp to communicate. Its a place to stay thats not for everyone. If someone wants privacy and is independent i would recommend this as a place to stay.

This place is one minute away from Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes from Colosseum. From a location stand point it’s the best. The room is very clean. The reason for 3 stars is there is no elevator in this building. I was told that this building is more than 1000 years old. Our room was in the 2nd floor (European count) and the stairs were renovated up to the first floor but the second floor stairs, I think are the older ones and are very steep. The building manager did help getting the luggage upstairs but we had to bring it down when checking out. The water was pooling in the shower. This place is best for younger and fitter people with less luggage.
