Great location, nearby several good restaurants and cafes and within moderate walking distance of the major sites! Very helpful staff, easy check in, comfortable bed, and wonderful AC included. Even an elevator to help get baggage to your room! Would stay here again.

There is an elevator but the halls are still small for extra large luggage. A/c worked great. Bed was comfy. Nice quiet location but still close to everything.

Very great location. Half hour walk to the Vatican and little more than that to the Colosseum. Nora was lovely. I like that there was an actual person there to take care of us. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I definitely would not stay here again. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. It is not a hotel. One of the reasons I booked it's because it said 24 hour shuttle service to airport I was traveling with my 72 year old mom. Once we arrived the 1 person in a tiny office was very rude. The main door was open when we got there and he was questioning why we were inside. Then he seemed annoyed and was rushing he said after 5pm only what'sapp contact. I asked for a shuttle to the airport very early in the morning then he said call the taxi number in the morning but they don't speak English, instead of arranging. Anyway I'm glad there's uber. Location is quiet and good other than that no thanks.

The location was great. The hotel was very quiet, no actual front desk to ask questions. No services. Room was a good size, but rather on the dark side. Our air conditioner wasn’t working well for the first 2 days we were there and it was 101 degrees out! Didn’t have hot water for our shower one morning but that wasn’t the hotels fault, they said they lost their electricity during the night.8/10.

Stayed for one night and enjoyed being in the heart of Rome. We walked the Vatican in about 15 minutes. Room was typically small, but very clean. Gal who checked us in was helpful and suggested a good area to go for supper.
