This place is centrally located (18 min walk to the Vatican, 15 minutes to trevi fountain, next door to the gorgeous piazza Navona), beautiful high ceilings, marble flooring and large rooms (especially for Europe). It is clean and beautiful and the staff is very helpful (you never really see them but they are always responsive to text or email) and IT HAS AIRCON! Honestly, such hood value for your money. I am EXTREMELY happy with my stay and would definitely be a repeat guest.

Rooms were clean and as expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good communication and instructions. Location is very central and walking distance to many major attractions. At night you can hear the bars and crowd downstairs but it wasn't too loud. Just shut your windows and it's fine. The Wi-Fi left something to be desired as it frequently dropped completely for hours at a time.

Really really good location for both tourist sites and other local spots. We were able to walk everywhere we needed from the room. Comfortable and clean room though on the smaller side. Only challenge was front desk is not staffed all day, so check in was a bit difficult. But they were very responsive.

The property host was very helpful and customer first. We were running late and the property manager was able to communicate with us via whatsapp to guide us into our room. The room had AC and very clean. I really enjoyed our stay here, central to many of the must see landmarks in Rome.

Staff was very helpful. Location was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. The coffee pods were a great touch. There are shower gels which was great but if you’re particular you might want to bring your own shampoo/conditioner. The air conditioner worked VERY WELL which is very much appreciated in this heat. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Location was great! Room was easy to access as we arrived late and left early so we used mobile check in instructions. Only strange thing was an open bag of chips left in room when we arrived- other than that the room seemed clean. Nice spacious bathroom as well.

The location was great and the room was clean and well provisioned. However, there were two main issues: the AC would not go below 26, which is close to 80 Fahrenheit. So it was too warm for a good night’s sleep. Also, the WiFi in room 411 would not connect. We had to go to the foyer to get WiFi, which was very unhandy. Stay away from room 411, as it is the furthest room from the nice cold, WiFi working foyer.

Excellent location and rooms had an updated look. Although there is an elevator, still need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator and then down a flight to get to room which was not disclosed. We booked two rooms that we thought were the same but one was very small and the other very large (paid exactly the same for both rooms that were booked at exactly the same time). On the one morning of cleaning, we came back to find that our room was not locked after it was cleaned. That was very disappointing, even though nothing went missing. Overall room cleanliness was fine, but not great and spare toilet paper roll was not replaced when room cleaned, resulting in running out and having to go on hunt for more. Check-in was easy and our arrival time was accommodated.

Clean and housekeeping was excellent, AC was great in our room, however, not so good in our friends rooms. Desk is supposed to be staffed from 9am-ish to 4pm-ish, but not the case. Elevator is very small and older, but worked fine. Area is awesome, lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Great location.

Good location, really busy on Friday and Saturday nights. A little too busy for my liking, but close by to a lot of the sites in Rome. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but room was worse than expected. Beds need to be replaced, they were warped and had no structure, pillows were all flat and inconsistent, we only had a bed sheet, and had to ask for a comforter or additional blanket. The AC made a rattling noise, shower and bathroom were tight. Look, for the price, it was probably a good stay, but I'd consider a more traditional hotel slightly further outside the city if you value time in the room during your trip. The positives were the communication through Expedia with the staff, they were on it and the instructions were clear, the walkability of the location, and the safety/security of the room entrance. It was also clean enough.
