Very nice, clean and well-maintained property. Location is very ideal right next to the Spanish Steps. You can easily walk to most of the attractions in Rome within 30 minutes, or the Spagna Metro station is just on the other side of the Steps from this property. Stayed in the suite with the balcony, that room is large with a very nice bathroom, and the view from the balcony itself is incredible. Amenities were plenty with bottled water, coffee/tea and snacks included and refilled daily. The manager, Alessandro, was very welcoming and kind to help with anything we needed. No complaints from us; I did see some reviews mention noise, but we mostly heard just ordinary city noise (traffic, police, trash trucks, etc.). Would recommend My Spanishsteps to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rome.

I had a wonderful stay! As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the area and in the hotel. Alessandro was very helpful to help with after hours check-in and during my stay. While this was a 10/10 stay, the only piece of feedback I want to share is if you’re a light sleeper, room 104 may be a tough stay. Since it’s facing the street, it’s a bit noisy at night — but the view is SPECTACULAR. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the room and staff. Good sized room and amenities. Easy check in and out. Only negative was the noise. The traffic is unpreventable. But the garbage collection early Sunday morning was atrocious. Emptying dumpsters of glass into the trucks was so loud. Can't believe they are allowed to do that so early.

Loved my stay at My Spanishsteps. The location is fantastic and the staff was incredibly helpful. They arranged for airport pickup and also helped arrange a driver to the cruise port. The coffee and snacks in the room were also an extra bonus! I would definitely stay here again!

Good location. Very clean and tidy and facilities. Only issues is the road side rooms are very noisey! Not much sleep in the 3 nights as could hear everything that goes on outside which was annoying. Slamming doors to rubbish trucks to revellers.
