I stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Rome, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. One of the main issues was the complete lack of staff on-site—there was no one available to assist with check-in, directions, or any questions, which made the stay feel impersonal and disorganized.
Finding the hotel itself was quite confusing, especially after a long day of travel. There was little to no signage, and the entrance wasn’t clearly marked, which added to the frustration.
While the room was generally clean, it wasn’t spotless or maintained to a high standard. The lighting inside was very dim, making the space feel gloomy and uninviting. To make matters worse, the noise from traffic outside was constant and made it difficult to relax or sleep properly.
As for dining options, the only nearby choice was a McDonald’s right next door. This might be convenient for some, but it was disappointing given Rome’s rich culinary scene.
Overall, the location may be central, but the lack of service, poor lighting, traffic noise, and limited food options made the stay underwhelming. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking comfort, convenience, and a more welcoming environment.
