Me and my friend stayed 3 nights in this historical palazzo 200 meters from St Peter’s basilica . We had dinner on the roof top restaurant viewing Vatican. Everything was top notch , I can say once in a life time experience. Highly recommend

Excellent location for a great price. I only stayed one night but would stay longer next time I’m in Rome. Very conveniently located. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast was great. Everything is very clean. It’s a really unique place to stay.

A unique and solid place to stay near the Vatican

This is my favorite place to stay in Rome. Right next to Saint Peter’s Square, clean rooms, very friendly staff, and breakfast is perfect. Also the building is unique and has a beautiful courtyard at the entrance. I also love that they slip the day’s gospel under the door in the morning.

Historic location and building - only 50 yards from St Peter’s. Small rooms but nice. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful courtyard - great for a hanging around after a day of sightseeing and shopping.

Hotel was excellent. Perfect location for St. Peter's Square Christmas and Immaculate Conception special events including unveiling of an incredible nativity designed by Maestro Franco Artese; walkable to other neighborhoods; a large variety of restaurants and shopping; so many other special Churches, historic sites and museums easily reached by walking or taxi.

Wonderful

This is always a wonderful place to stay when we are in Rome. They helped us to arrange transport from the airport to the hotel even though it was a very busy time. The only thing that is sad is that they have canceled their dinner/cocktail service in the evening.

The Palazzo is stunning. The rooms are immaculate with every necessity. Breakfast was fabulous with a lot of variety. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Plus it’s very close to St. Peter’s and all the Baticsn attractions as well as within walking distance of others (if you like to walk and are able). Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful hidden gem. We’ve stayed here every time we’ve come to Rome and it’s always worth it. Yes, it’s a bit of a walk from major monuments but the safety and cleanliness of being in Vatican City compared to the rest of Rome is unparalleled. The hotel itself is world class as being in an ancient monetary. You won’t be disappointed.

Property is steps away from the Vatican. Rooms are small but well air conditioned. Garden entrance was a nice relaxing area. Front desk was very helpful. They even packed a breakfast for an early flight out. Cab services were arranged and timely.

Had a wondeful 3 night stay here. Room (superior double) was comfortable and well furnished, if a bit spare in terms of decor. As many have noted, bathroom is very small, though I found it to be manageable. Breakfast was decent with good fresh fruit options, but otherwise unremarkable. Appreciated the daily complementary beverage restocks. The daily gospel excerpts were also a great touch. Staff was friendly and helpful for info and arranging tickets and tours.

Old fashioned well located hotel unfriendly staff

Great location for visit to VATICAN. Unfair treatment - my daughter had an accident with red wine. She felt terrible as the red wine was on the pillow. She mention this directly and helped cleaning. Next day they charged € 50,--. Very unfriendly and inflexible - hej it is red wine, if it was something else!. Hope this feedback wake you up, it costs you probably more than €50!. Price/quality - hotel room we had was old fashioned, breakfast was ok, maybe the German receptionists had a bad day. We have been honest by directly taken responsibility, so we are honest in our feedback.
