「This place is EXCELLENT! The owner is very accommodating as I did not initially realize that the latest check-in time is 8 pm. I called and explained that we will be coming into Rome later and will reach the place at 11 pm. He was there to open his place for us. He explained the location of this place to various sites and places to eat. He arranged for taxi rides when we needed it. The place is very near St Peter's Basilica within a 10 minute walk. It is very near bus stops and places to eat...

「It’s very close the Roma S Pietro station and St Peter’s Square. Can easily take bus 62 and 64 to the city center. The room is clean and really appreciate the bottle waters and snacks provided daily!」

「Delightful guest house/apartment with clean, comfy rooms and access to a pool/gym facility around the corner. The hosts, Ernesto and Paula are genuinely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is simple but filling and comes with good conversation. The apartment looks over to the Vatican Museum entrance (watch the queue grow) and is an easy 10 mins walk from the Metro A line (Ottaviano). Loved our stay, thoroughly recommended.」

「This was a wonderful place to stay in Rome. You are less than 10 minutes away from the Vatican City. There are restaurants, gelato, shops, and a taxi stand all within minutes of your front door. Keeping the apartment cool was easy with the fan they left to help circulate the air conditioning. Would stay here again!」

「The best thing was that it is right outside the Vatican and close to restaurants and shopping. Expedia says breakfast included, it wasn’t. Not enough hot water pressure in the faucet and took too long to get the hot water. Dated furniture. The manager, Cynthia was very helpful and speaks very good English. No front desk. 」

「We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Our host did try to repair it and and she messaged us to check how we were doing. She said she was going to have that repaired after our stay since we were there for a...

「Our room was really small, we could barely walk around, bathroom was very small (although very clean with high quality fixture). No kettle, no iron board in our room, I had to request a kettle. It has great location, 7 minutes walking to vatican. One staff was waiting for us at 8 pm for checkin, always nice to checkin with real person. Overall an OK stay, not great.」
