I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with my experience. While I understand that it's a budget-friendly option, I still expected a certain level of quality and service.
Unfortunately, the room was not suitable for the number of guests it was advertised to accommodate. The check-in process was also more complicated than necessary, requiring us to wait for the admin to respond to our messages.
Upon entering the room, I was surprised to find that it was not clean and tidy. The refrigerator had leftover food from previous guests, the floor was dirty, and the balcony was in a poor state. When I brought these issues to the attention of the admin, they did not take responsibility for the cleanliness of the room and only partially addressed the issues.
The bathroom was also lacking in basic amenities, such as towels and hand soap. I had to go out and purchase these items myself, which was inconvenient.
The bathroom features and amenities were also subpar, with a broken shower and low water pressure. The internet connection in the room was slow and unreliable, and stopped working altogether towards the end of my stay. When I reported this issue, I did not receive a response from the admin.
Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
