「Issues with tv not working. Asked for help. No one explained the 2 remotes or how they worked. TV said no signal. It was supposed to be addressed while we were out. Returned to same issue and told we would have to wait until tomorrow. Fortunately I was able to figure out smaller remote that says room control was for the tv. Difficult to navigate but I was able to get something going. 」

「Property is very nice. I’m certainly glad they had an indoor pool and hot tub because the weather was not the best for our stay. We were there a week and we had three days of sun. The room is nice. We had a junior suite. The only complaint is the couch is not very comfortable. I know this happens when they have fold out beds in them. I just put a blanket down to give me more cushion. Amenities are nice and everything was else great. We did have a third floor oceanview room, but it was so windy....
