「While checking in was busy but everyone waiting was offered a complimentary drink while waiting, all staff was friendly and pelite. The standard room for 2 was really nice- clean, showers and toilets was clean but a bit on the smaller side but still managed to enjoy the rainfall shower. All in all was a great experience and would come back again when staying in Amsterdam.」

「Good location around museum area. Poor sound proof and hotel management. Not worth for USD$300+ per night. Not expect 4~5 stars hotel but definitely not hostel quality. Understand its an old building, the soundproof between each floor might not be perfect. But actually, the sound is mostly come from the room between you. The thin compartment plywood cannot help, you can clearly hear people whisper and snoring next to your room. The night shift manager does not do their job well. People...
