"The smoke detector started going off at 2 am. I talked to the night guy and he said at 3 am he could come change but my mother in law had treatment the next morning early so we waited and he finally came up at 6:30 am to change it. I told him and the next employee who came in and they said call the manager if it’s an issue. Really rude! "

"Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I wish was that the breakfast started at 6am on the weekends too. We were in town for a swim meet and needed to be at the pool before 6:45am. I would definitely stay here again though. The hotel pool was excellent."

"Booked a room for one night. I was greeted at the desk by a very nice young man who was very professional and courteous. The halls smelled sweet as of plug in air fresheners. Our room was nice and clean and the beds were firm like I prefer. The tub and shower were a bit meh. The curtain rod was loose and the shower head sprayed water like needles on your skin. The water was a bit cool for my liking. Breakfast was cold and the lobby where you ate was very cold as well. They could have done better there. The outside of the building was a bit dated and needs refurbished. But over all for what it’s worth, the price was pretty good for what we got. Lots of potential restaurants to visit close by. Just watch out for the potholes going in and out of the parking lot. No hot tub either. "
