「I had to call the receptionist every morning at 5AM as there was constant thumping on the floor above. The receptionist told me, the suite above has 4 kids therefore, thats why the thumping is happening. Well- have 3 kids myself and my youngest being 3, so this caused a chaos for my 3 year old who was awoken at 5am all THREE days of my stay. Not an apology or anything, just a simple "we are sorry". And I had to some how sleep through four kids jumping on the suite above.」

「We were there just last week for 5 days. When we drove up, the outside of the building was in bad shape, paint peeling off the exterior everywhere, grass was tall (although they did mow it about 2 days before we left). The interior had dirty fabric side chairs (arms and head area)and all of them were that way. We got into our room and it was very basic which is ok if it is clean. I immediately checked the mattresses and pillows for bed bugs. None! The bathroom grout was mildewed and the...
