"I have two injured feet and on crutches. Requested first floor at front desk. Got to the room and door was not only stuck but front desk wouldn’t answer my calls for assistance with door. You have to step up into the room to get in and as I forced the door open with my shoulder the door swung open and I fell into the room on the floor. It’s was a peaceful and fairly clean stay although the bathroom ceiling was falling on the floor from water damage. Not pleased with the accommodations and dismissive treatment considering my current condition and being alone. "

"Very limited breakfast. Breakfast area about 55 degrees. It is off the entrance and one of the automatic doors was not closing so the 30 degrees outside was coming inside. The hot water was barely hot."

"This was a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was nice and hot. Also very friendly with my pet, thank you for your accommodations and friendly staff. The only negative thing I would say is they really need to fix the road. The pot holes where entrance to the hotel were horrible!!"

"Check in went smoothly for me. My king suite was sparsely furnished, in need of repairs and very outdated. The mattress on the king pull out was so thin that at first it didn't appear there was a mattress at all. No additional sheets, blankets or pillows were provided. There was no phone in the room. We wanted help with a couple of things during our stay and had to walk to the lobby to ask a question. The handle on our closet was missing, so we had to pry it open. The bathroom sink had a large crack in it running from the front all the way to the back. The shower curtain rod had been broken out of it's bracket and was wedged back into the space at a strange angle. The bathroom door was too large for the space and had to be forced to close. The front of the heating/cooling unit was completely broken off and just laid back overtop of the unit and therefore fell off when I touched it. The room was very noisy because of other hotel guests, which is no one's fault but just a fact. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and I did sleep well, which is what matters in the end I guess. I would not stay at this particular Comfort Suites again. "

"Building is obviously older and beginning to run down. The room tv’s aren’t able to connect to the internet so you can’t stream from their tv. Bed was comfortable, a/c and heat kept the room a comfortable temp, and the breakfast good. "
