「It’s as good as a quiet dormitory for me, I Like its aircon that make little noise, and good size bath tub as well. My room assignment finally sees improvement in this third stay of 10 nights. For improvement: 1. House keeping and amenity replacement only every 3 days is unlikable. 2. Stuff’s English speaking ability is a problem, I was to find my reply from a translation divice. 3. No bellman service nor help with luggages in and out of front door and hallway to street renders a poor...

「The facility is clean and great. We had a nice view looking out from our window. The breakfast is very nice in general only that I prefer well-cooked eggs.」

「Staff are very professional and nice. Room is clean and water pressure is excellent. A point to note is that there are only 3 washing machines. The only one unfavourable thing is the TV, I tried several times but still failed to watch Youtube on it.」

「The hotel's location is very convienent. Facilities are efficient especially the lounge service on 3/F. Staff tried to offer best service but a few staff at the reception were inexperience and no enthusiasm to solve the guests needs. Overall it is a good hotel which I would highly recommend to friends」
