「The staff at the front desk are very helpful. In particular, my wife and I would like to compliment one of the front desk receptionist who is extremely helpful and has patiently provided us with information on the pillow in the hotel rooms. Based on her information, we would like to contact the suppliers to see if we can purchase their products, which help my wife to sleep comfortably. Really excellent and professional in front desk staff performance」

「酒店在機場巴士站附近，方便帶住老人家、小孩子的家庭。 距離京都車站也很近，到京都附近地方玩也很方便。週邊食肆也有多選擇。 看中這間酒店有大浴場同自助早餐。浴場不大，没有露天浴池，對有要求人士或未能滿足。早餐種類有待改進。另外有免費咖啡茶供應。 洗衣乾衣設施非常短缺，等上半日也用不到。主要原因是洗衣乾衣也用同一部機，洗衣時間很快，只需半個小時，但乾衣時間很長，要2個小時，或更耐。以致每人用洗衣乾衣設施起碼用上2個半小時或3個小時。建議洗衣機、乾衣機分開，節省等候時間」
