"We loved our stay at Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto so much that we decided to come back for another night! The hotel is in a great location near some temples and shopping. The rooms were spacious, quiet, clean, and had comfortable beds. The laundry was convenient to wash and dry clothes. There was a kettle to make coffee and matcha tea. The rooftop lounge has nice views, plus the restaurant and bakery were great, too! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Kyoto!"

"Very flash hotel for the price we paid, so many amenities and got our room upgraded for free which was a bonus. Friendly staff, and very clean hotel. Perfect location 5 min walk to Kyoto Station, they offer a shuttle to the station every 20 mins as well. To save on rubbish they provide a self serve water and ice machine on every floor and provide a bottle and an ice bucket which I thought was very cool "

Breakfast had plenty of food and beverages. Special orders limited to number of room occupants. Staff is very attentive, polite, and keeps area clean and orderly. Daily sake on the house - ask front desk for coin 24 hr coffee or tea available Subway connection and front door taxi or uber availability. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Near Nishiki market and Geisha district. Pokémon and Nintendo stores in walking distance. Overwhelmingly surrounded by high end boutique and factory stores (Rolex immediately next door). Side walk covered, well lit, and plays music. Beat our expectations "
