"Breakfast menu and food were excellent and fresh. They also gave us a complimentary light lunch, which was more than what we normally ate. It's 17 minutes easy walk to Nishiki market. Love the touchless elevator button, the tatami mat in the room, and the size of the room was perfect, not too tiny. It's next to the supermarket that we can walk right over for little things like drinks. The Blossom Kyoto was our most favorite hotels during our stay in Japan."

"Great location, staff were very helpful. They should really get rid of those check-in machines, nobody can use it without help from hotel staff so what’s the point really. ALERT - I stayed at 4 other hotels on my trip to Japan and all were booked on Expedia yet this was the only hotel that charged me the city tax during checkin in addition to what I paid on Expedia, not sure why only this hotel did it, average of 1000 yen per night "

Our rooms were lovely, they had everything we needed . Children loved the free ice creams and the massage chairs were an extra bonus. The hot baths were immaculate condition at all times .
