"This hotel is pretty amazing. It is located five minutes walk from Kyoto train station. Despite being in a busy area, it is very quiet. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are immaculate very clean and the amenities are great. You have a fridge and you get two bottles of water every day. The breakfast is just amazing you can have cereals or fruit or smoothies or a full cooked breakfast or Japanese style breakfast if that's what you prefer. It is buffer style and you can eat as much or as little as you want. During the day there is a coffee machine you can use free of charge. There is a bar which is open long hours yes it's a little bit more expensive than usual but it is a hotel. On the floor we were on which was the fourth floor there were three washer dryer machine machines and there is one washer dryer machine on every other floor. As I have said it is well placed for Kyoto real station. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby you are spoiled for choice. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We enjoyed our day. We were here for six nights and we would happily stayed for much longer. We cannot fault anything about this hotel."
"Onsen hotel in kyoto, the onsen and the massage chairs were fantastic. Staff spoke a small amount of English and were able to sort out most issues that we had. Rooms were extremely dark, but the bed and pillows were hard, it took some adjustments for my wife and I to get to sleep."
"Amazing property! The staff were so kind. I lost my glasses off of the balcony and the next day staff searched to find them for me!
The onsen on the balcony was so wonderful! A very spacious room with nice amenities. Great view of lake Biwa. Would highly recommend!"
