"Beautiful hotel with meditation room which is private and so serene! There is a bakery on site where all the morning breads are served hot!! Very hipster vibe loved it! Room very tranquil … did a tea ceremony at hotel which was wonderful … restaurant for dinner was excellent!"

"The staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and clean. The AC went out for a bit but started working, the wifi was spotty in the room. We purchased the breakfast, most Japanese food, little Western choices, coffee was strong 👍. Rooms were spacious, beds soft, pillows hard. Rooms were clean. Had shopping and restaurants on 2nd floor. Had a ramp to the metro station. Hotel was central to many attractions. Would stay there again!"

"Very convenient location for easy travels. Staff was extremely helpful; attending to requests and maintaining cleanliness. Adequate room; great shower pressure. Breakfast offered great variety of local dishes. Onsens, coffee/matcha and mini bites throughout the day were very welcomed. Great for families. Would recommend."

"Booked this as an anniversary present and it was a great place to stay. The venue is beautiful with different areas to eat dinner and a buffet for breakfast. Different Onsen's to use if you don't have one in your room. We had 1 in our room which was big enough to fit 2 people and had a view and slightly open so you got a wonderful breeze. A bus can also take you to and from the venue and the near station (leaving at scheduled times). Only issue was that you need to make sure that either on your booking or at check in you let them know about food allergies/intolerances etc. so they can prepare something for you if you eat at their restaurants. Other than that, a wonderful place and lovely stay."
