From the bed you can hear all the doors slamming when other guests leave and it woke us up all night, now we’re exhausted for our trip to Takayama. You can also hear emergency sirens Outside all night.

This is my first time in Osaka, I spent 6 nights in Fairfield. The hotel is very clean and modern, about 8 minutes walk to train stations and department stores. Breakfast is good with variety of food. Hotel room is on the smaller size but functional and clean. Hotel staffs are all very friendly and polite, especially the front desk manager, Mr. Ibuki. He was very accommodating and helpful!

We just had a feeling of unease after staying two nights at this hotel and decided not to stay a third. Don’t get me wrong - the hotel itself is clean and the staff is nice.

Hotel was great for a stay in Osaka. Close to namba station which was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Clean, rooms were a good size & the staff helpful & friendly. Would recommend

We priginally arrived at the APA Hotel which was absolutely horrible and had a bad stench. So we immediately booked with Fairfield the same night and the staff at Fairfield went above and beyond to help us with everything.

Great place, one of the best hotels during my trip with a pretty big amount of space. It’s about a 15 min walk to most popular places! Only issue with the place that there are only 2 washing and drying machines shared for the entire hotel and had to constantly ask staff to take other people’s clothing as some do not come right away to pick up their clothes. Otherwise, hotel staff is great

Pros: Walking distance to Namba Stn and Dotonbori. 30min train to USJ. Clean. Bigger rooms for Japanese standards. Cons: No breakfast included. Only 2 washer dryers for such a large hotel. Long wait to use the laundry machines. No vending machine on site. But convenience stores are close by.

Pros - Good Location, great Staff, breakfast ok Cons - check in took too long, arrived at around 1pm, given room after 3pm, Rooms really small, no space for 2 persons luggage, tight squeeze

Generally good. Happy with the stay. Only that the laundry room needs to improve as it is very small woth 2 sets of washer and dryer and guests did not keep the place well.
