Staff was very friendly but room was dirty. Scum caked on the shower wall and tub. Dirt around the taps. Toilet kept over flowing and shower disnt drain. Had to ask to get room cleaned and sheets changed and didnt always happen. Breakfast consist of toast and juice boxes.

You get what you pay for. The room was very outdated. The air conditioner smelled of mildew and would help if they cleaned the filter every once and awhile. The breakfast was very basic but the had bananas everyday as well as oatmeal waffles toast coffee. A real disappointment was going to the pool and there are no loungers only two picnic benches so we went to Walmart and bought a couple of camping chairs to use. The area is very good and has many shops restaurants and quick access to the highway. The staff is very nice. For what you pay you really can't complain.

The staff is very helpful and friendly! The hotel was a little rundown but you cant beat the price, especially with how close it is to Magic Kingdon without being on Disney property! I really have no complaints. It had everything I needed and it all worked.

Worth it for what you pay

While the property is under some renovations, it is still a nice property to stay. Very much just gives you the bear essentials for a common stay. The staff is extremely kind. The free Disney shuttle is very worth it.

Everything about the same was super nice. I think the only thing that could be even somewhat of a complaint is the room was a little musty, but you could tell that they put a lot of effort into making their room, super clean and super comfortable for their guests and it’s really appreciative. Thank you so much for the stay!

What I always say is don't pay for the Ritz don't expect the Ritz what I 1st thought was ok I may not have paid for the Ritz but I didn't want the Pitts however in the light of the day I changed my mind the hotel was better than I thought the staff were helpful and friendly the room was good the bed was comfy and I was now looking at a good budget hotel so 1st impressions don't count the two things I would point out is the breakfast room could have been bigger and I could have done with a shaver point.over all I found the hotel a ok place to stop you could move the laundry somewhere else and extend the breakfast room there is a ticket office close by a 7/11 a small Disney shop another gas station race trac Bob Evans a restaurant and Perkins look for the big flag others restaurant wasa little walk away the room was clean

this is a short hop to disneyworld where we were meeting family members as part of a memorial for my sisters husband, i am certain many will take advantage of the location and the price for being this close. with this in ind this is an economy lodging. the bed was comfortable, there was no coffee service in the room but there was a fridge and i think a microwave.. the plug was missing from the sink, there was mold around the soap dispensers and where one would place soap in the tub. we found it to be just what we paid for a bed to sleep, close location and safe parking.

Good place

Lots of restaurant options around the hotel. Free breackfast in the morning but we didnt partake. 7-11 close by for snack and refreshments. Bed was comfortable and clean. Good price for stay.
