"The property overall was fun for all ages. There were several pools, lazy river and water park. The resort offers a dining hall. My family dined at The Valencia located on the lower level. My husband and I had food poisoning as a result of eating there. When I informed the front desk staff, they did not act as if they were too concerned initially. I had to contact them again to speak to food safety department. A gentleman ended up coming to our room to take notes of what occurred. We lost time during our vacation that we cannot get back due to being bound to the room from sickness. I would say if you go be leary of the onsite restaurants."

"The grounds were clean, the staff was great, the pools were very nice. The rooms could definitely use updating and if I may suggest one additional amenity, an indoor gym would be an upgrade. Overall though, very nice hotel. Would definitely visit again. "
