「I had reserved my room through Expedia. I reserved a room with a harbor view. when I arrived and started to check in the female noticed my dog and asked if I had pets and I said no, just my service dog. he then changed my room because he didn't want allergies in the other rooms. I stated I had a poodle, she doesn't shed. he then said that he couldn't put me on the second floor because of ada laws. he put me in the back of the hotel in a pet room. instead of being ignorant he should have used...

「Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned when we got there at 5pm. They did clean it within a half hour while we went for dinner. The hide-a-bed was small and uncomfortable. The staff was helpful and the pool was nice.」

「We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.」

「It appears that the composite flooring in the room was recently installed but needed to be ..mopped. Water dripped from our cooler which was wiped up with a cloth indicated a very dirty floor. Too, walking with slippers also indicated a very dirty floor. Wall and beds looked very clean. Pillows were hard and flat. The plumber that did the upgrades in the bathroom at the sink evidentially did not know that the hot water handle is on the L and not on the R. Additionally, there was no...

「The property was old and definitely in need of repair. Towels provided were gray and rough on the skin. Bed was comfortable and television worked well. The price was right for shag one receives.」

「Clean beautiful room with a great view of the lake, ducks, and geese. The restaurant is really good. I love the peacefulness. The only issue was the dogs running off the wildlife, but I also love dogs. This is a beautiful location. We will be coming back. 」

「The restaurant is not open, I payed extra for that, the pool is closed, the ice machines are down one was on way up front. When they get the place running again it will be good it’s in a good location.」

「Man... The staff where cool.. but I got a room and it was so nasty I asked them to move me. Got a new room, opened the freezer and there was a can of exploded dog food, that was so rotten and moldy it stunk up the whole room.. had to ask for a new fridge cause I was not about to store my food in there. Got the new fridge installed and the smell just lingered.. Holes in the walls, bathroom is super ran down, bed frame is nailed to the wall, half the lights didn't work, toilet constantly ran.....

「This room was absolutely filthy. Rat droppings in every corner and behind all furniture, blood stained blankets, IV drug use supplies in the nightstand. Staff refused to refund even though we left 15 minutes after we arrived. Expedia refused to refund despite photograph evidence and a receipt from the other model we stayed at last night. Absolutely do not recommend staying at this motel and absolutely encourage you to book via a service that will actually back the customer.」

「This place is so amazing. The cabins are adorable, and you have a sort of "yard" immediately around them. We stayed in the cabin called "the seagull" and it was wonderful. Extremely clean, very cozy, loved the layout: 2 bedrooms each with their own doors to the inside of the cabin and to outside balconies. Plus a futon in the living room area. We were able to put our baby down to bed in the back room and then the other 3 young kids and us parents could still watch tv and chit chat on the other...

「Breakfast was meh, room only turned over every 3 days instead of daily. For the $ spent per night I felt this was substandard. Otherwise very clean and had everything you need, staff was exceptionally helpful and a great location.」

「Clean room, beautiful view, pool and hot tub were fantastic, didn't use the wet or dry sauna but they looked amazing. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and they cooked omelets to your order and they cook them right in front of you. 10/10 recommend! Would definitely stay again!」
